• Custom digital solutions tailored to client needs.
3. Payment Terms
• All payments are processed through Razorpay, ensuring secure transactions.
• A 50% upfront payment is required to initiate services, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
• Prices are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated in advance.
4. Intellectual Property
• All deliverables remain the property of Richago Technologies until full payment is received.
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.
5. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete project details.
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approval.
• Refrain from using services for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
6. Limitation of Liability
Richago Technologies is not liable for:
• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized use of deliverables.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with a 30-day notice. Refund eligibility will be determined as per our Refund Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
