Refunds Policy

Richago Technologies strives to ensure client satisfaction with every project. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• The service was not delivered as agreed upon in the project proposal.

• Deliverables are significantly different from the agreed-upon scope.

• Technical issues caused by Richago Technologies rendered the service unusable.

2. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client.

• Delays caused by client inaction, such as unresponsiveness or failure to provide required materials.

• Custom development services once the project has commenced.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Email richagotech@gmail.com with your project details and reason for refund.

• Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where a project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.

5. Dispute Resolution

For disputes related to payments or services, Razorpay’s dispute resolution process will apply.
